Job Overview

Duties and Responsibilities

  • General success of all healthfinch customers

  • Building, training and managing Customer Success team

  • Partner with Sales team on account management for customers

  • Drives long-term partnerships with clients based on trust and respect that promote retention and loyalty

  • Drives revenue growth in existing clients through expansion of current product and partnering with sales on upsells

  • Create, lead and guide strategy with key strategic customers

  • Lead team to leverage reports to lead data driven conversations with customers and internal stakeholders

  • Drive continual improvement, standardization and scalability of implementations and all customer support processes

  • Serve as the voice of customer on cross functional teams

Qualifications 

  • 5+ years experience in project management ideally in the healthcare industry

  • 2+ years experience managing teams

  • Working knowledge of electronic medical record systems

  • Healthcare technology experience and an ability to speak to healthcare customers in their language

  • Outgoing with the ability to easily connect and communicate with different personalities and communication styles, and ability to display confidence while speaking with C-suite executives and  fostering engagement with staff

  • Strong written skills as well as confident presentation and verbal communication style

Travel: Up to 50%
