Job Overview
Litify is seeking a Customer Evangelist to join our growing Customer Success team. This is a remote role that will require occasional travel to client sites.
You will:
- Monitor and manage a portfolio of client accounts to drive adoption, desired outcomes, and ultimately ensure retention and contract renewal
- Act as an escalation point to drive resolution in a timely, proactive manner
- Identify at-risk renewals and deliver on customer remediation plans
- Monitor customer health to track usage and customer satisfaction
- Fully understand client requests, documenting and engaging appropriate resources
- Identify opportunities for documenting case studies on success stories to pass along to our Marketing team
- Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction with a focus on customer loyalty to foster long-term relationships
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience as a Customer Success Manager ideally with a SaaS product (or similarly complex product)
- Experience with Salesforce and demonstrated technical aptitude with Salesforce
- Experience in direct customer-facing positions
- Excellent written, verbal, and oral communication with experience making presentations to major stakeholders
